Kiefer "Expansion" Anchor

The Kiefer Expansion Anchor secures Kiefer deck-mounted starting blocks — Evolution, Evolution Shift, Freestyle, and Elite — and is a great option for installing blocks in existing pool decks. Four anchors are required per starting block.
